Cancellation of Orders
Orders may be cancelled by the customer only if the shipping company has not yet collected the package. Once the order has been handed over to the shipping company, cancellations will no longer be accepted. Customers wishing to cancel an eligible order must contact us immediately via email or customer support.
Delivery
We deliver all orders through NBOX Delivery, inside and outside Qatar. Your delivery time and charges will be confirmed at checkout once you enter your address. Please note that shipping fees are not fixed and may vary depending on your location. For international orders, delivery costs and timelines will be shown before you confirm your purchase. Kindly allow extra time for delivery during Qatar National Holidays, weekends, public holidays, or busy sale periods.
Returns and Warranty
We currently do not offer returns, exchanges, or warranties on any products purchased through our website. All sales are considered final once the order has been confirmed and shipped. Products are sold “as is,” without any warranty, guarantee, or after-sales commitment regarding durability, performance, or suitability for a particular purpose. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before completing their purchase.
Damages & Defects
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us by email within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Your email should include the order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once we receive your request, we will review the case and provide a response within one week.
Customs Fees For Other GCC
Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of Qatar may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your, our customer’s, responsibility. Please refer to your customs department for guidance.

Prices
The prices quoted are those ruling at the time of production. Certain products cannot be returned. See section above, for details. All prices shown are cash prices in Riyals. (QAR). We will request payment for the full amount on confirmation of your order.
Availability
All orders for products are subject to availability. In the event of supply difficulties we reserve the right to substitute items of equal quality and value. You will be notified of such substitutes when you place your order.
Color Reproduction
Hobby World designers take great care with the colors used in the collections. The limitations of colour reproduction and the individual color settings of your screen may mean a slight variation. Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications may change.
Law
These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Qatar Law. The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Qatar Courts.
